WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- Police want your help identifying a person who may know something in the case of missing 8-year-old Relisha Rudd.

Police officials say they can't share the location because it may "negatively impact the investigation." They say this man may have information and they only want to speak with him.
Police also said not to take any actions if you see the man, but to call the Police or FBI immediately.
Anyone who can identify this individual or knows his whereabouts is asked to call police at (202) 727-9099 or text your tip to the Department's TEXT TIP LINE to 50411.
Rudd was last seen on March 1.
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to the location and return of Relisha Rudd. If you see Relisha Rudd, call 911 immediately. You can also contact the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI.
