HOWARD COUNTY, Md. — Dozens of people were hospitalized after eating the same food in Howard County Monday afternoon.
According to Howard County Fire Rescue Services, emergency crews were called to the 7700 block of Chesapeake Bay Court in Jessup around 3:45 p.m.
Upon arrival, firefighters and paramedics found multiple people suffering from food poisoning after allegedly eating the same food.
Forty-six people were evaluated and taken to multiple area hospitals, all of whom are expected to survive.
First responders from Anne Arundel and Baltimore Counties arrived to help Howard County Fire Rescue Services with the large number of patients.
Very little information has been released, including what the group of people ate that made them all sick.
