Ellison Barber joined the WUSA9 reporter team in March 2015. She is also the Prince George's County Deputy Bureau Chief.
Ellison was a staff writer for the Washington Free Beacon from 2012 to February 2015, where she covered Capitol Hill and reported on a host of topics such as health care, the Tea Party Movement, and the Department of Veteran Affairs.
Ellison was a frequent guest on Fox News Channel and Fox Business Network. She has appeared on "Happening Now w/ Jenna Lee and Jon Scott," "Special Report w/ Bret Baier," "Your World w/ Neil Cavuto," and "The Kelly File."
She graduated from Wofford College, has great taste in music, and currently lives in Washington, D.C.
