ASHBURN, Va. — Police arrested Brian Chamer, 46, a teacher at Mill Run Elementary, on suspicion of drinking on public school grounds on Thursday.
Loudon County Police said an official at Mill Run Elementary contacted them with a tip that Chamer was possibly intoxicated in school.
When police arrived at the school, they found bottles of alcohol among Chamer’s personal items.
Chamer was charged with drinking of possessing alcohol in or on public school grounds and public intoxication, police said.
