WASHINGTON — The Metropolitan Police Department needs your help locating a missing 81-year-old woman.
Police say 81-year-old Thelma Hardy was last seen in the 1400 Block of Constitution Avenue, Northwest, on Friday.
Thelma Hardy is described in a police report as a black woman with a medium-complexion, with grey eyes and grey hair. She is 5-foot-6 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds.
