WASHINGTON — Police need help locating a critical and missing 52-year-old woman from Southeast, D.C.
Casandra Louise Cunningham was last seen on Tuesday, Feb. 5th in the 800 block of Pennsylvania Avenue SE. Police say she was not reported missing until March 12th.
She is described by police as a 5'4" black female, weight 185 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes.
