D.C. police need your help locating a missing 17-year-old boy from Northwest.
Police say George Robert Matthews-Carr was last seen in the 6300 block of 5th Street, Northwest, D.C. on Monday.
Robert Matthews-Carr is described as a black male, medium brown complexioned, 5-feet-5 inches tall, 110 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes.
