Police: Man creeps into girl's room in Woodbridge, sexually assaults her

Aris Edgar Boror, 51, is charged with attempted rape, forcible sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, and indecent liberties.

WOODBRIDGE, Va. — A Woodbridge man faces charges after police say he snuck into a little girl's room overnight Sunday and sexually assaulted her.

Aris Edgar Boror, 51, is charged with attempted rape, forcible sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, and indecent liberties. Police say he is being held without bond.

An investigation reveals that at 3 a.m., Boror reportedly walked into the room the victim, who is under the age of 18, was in and sexually assaulted her. When he left, the victim told a family member who took her to an area hospital where police were contacted.

Police say Boror and the victim knew each other before the assault.

Following an investigation, Boror was arrested and charged.

He is being held without bond while awaiting sentencing.
