GLEN BURNIE, Md. — A man has been arrested after he pointed a gun at another driver during a road rage incident in Anne Arundel County.

While driving on I-695 near Route 2 on Nov. 3, Catonsville resident John Lang, 32, pointed a gun at another driver multiple times, Maryland State Police say. He later got out of his vehicle and pointed the gun at the person, before driving away.

Lang was arrested in Glen Burnie Sunday. Police say they seized a loaded handgun from his vehicle after serving him with a search warrant.

He now is facing five counts of felony assault, use of a firearm during a felony crime, handgun offenses, and other related charges. Police have not said if he hurt the person he pointed the gun at.

Lang was transported to the Anne Arundel County Detention Center.

While police arrested Lang successfully in this case, police are still searching for information in the cases of three deaths resulting from road rage incidents, of Delonte Hicks, Charles Marks and Nyah Hairston.
