GREATER LANDOVER, Md. — A family argument led to a deadly stabbing in Landover Monday evening, according to police.
Prince George's County Police arrested a 28-year-old man for killing his brother.
Police were called to the 8600 block of Reicher Street for a reported stabbing around 6 p.m. When officers got to the scene, they found 23-year-old Simi Kelly outside a home suffering from stab wounds. He was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment, but was pronounced dead a short time later.
Officers arrested Simi Kelly's brother, 28-year-old Brilyen Kelly, at the scene. Investigators learned that an argument between the brothers took a deadly turn. Brilyen Kelly was taken into custody and charged with first- and second-degree murder.
