WASHINGTON — D.C. Police have made an arrest in a quadruple shooting that took place over the weekend.
Jason Dyer, was arrested on Monday and charged with Assault with Intent to Kill (Gun) for a shooting that occurred in the 4400 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Ave, Southwest on Sunday.
Police responded to the area at 8:43 p.m. When they arrived, evidence of a shooting was present, but there were no victims.
A short while later, police located four victims suffering from gunshot wounds. One of the victims was Dyer. All victims were taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
When police learned that Dyer was one of the shooting suspects involved, they placed him under arrest. Police are still searching for additional suspects.
One of the suspects’ vehicles described was a four-door white Dodge Charger with unknown tags.
