PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. — Prince William County Police have arrested three people in connection to the death of Jason Thomas Blake, a 43-year-old man whose body was discovered on Sunday in the backseat of his car parked on Triangle Street. Blake, who had been shot multiple times, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Detectives launched their investigation after a friend found Blake’s body handcuffed in the car. They claim that on Oct. 25, two days prior to his death, Blake had met with several people he knew at a home on Cherry Hill Road in Dumfries to discuss purchasing drugs and selling a gun. During this meeting, a violent altercation erupted, leading to Blake being forcibly abducted.

The investigation revealed that Blake was taken to a secluded area along Triangle Street, where he was shot and killed. As detectives pieced together the events leading up to his death, they identified the following suspects who were either present during the abduction or directly involved in the crime:

  • Jerrome Thomas Barnes, 40, has been charged with murder, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, abduction, and conspiracy to commit a felony.

  • Jackson Arthur Crisler, 30, faces multiple charges, including murder, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, abduction, conspiracy to commit a felony, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

  • Tryevon Elgha Davis, 31, has been charged with one count of accessory before the fact in the commission of a felony, one count of conspiracy to commit a felony, two counts of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and one count of abduction.

All three men were arrested between Wednesday and Thursday, and are currently being held without bond. A court date is pending for each of them.

Detectives are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding this brutal murder and encourage anyone with additional information to reach out to the Prince William County police.
