ROCKVILLE, Md. — Police are searching for the person who shot and injured a man in Rockville late Wednesday night.
Officers with the Rockville City Police Department responded to North Washington Street, off of Hungerford Drive, at 10:55 p.m. after a report of a shooting. When they arrived a man was found suffering from a single gunshot wound. He suffered from injuries that are described as being non-life threatening and was treated at the scene.
According to the police department, the person responsible for the crime left the area on foot. The person has been described as a male with a dark beard, wearing a gray shirt and light-colored pants.
