GAITHERSBURG, Md. — A Maryland man is under arrest and facing multiple sexual offense charges. Montgomery County Police now believe there are additional victims.
On Thursday, May 9, police arrested, 18-year-old Ibn Muhammad Rosario, for allegedly assaulting at least four women. The assaults took place over the course of four days beginning on Monday, May 6.
In each incident, police say Rosario groped or touched the victims, and in two of the cases he made sexual comments to the women.
On Thursday, at 10:52 p.m., an officer spotted Rosario walking around Little Seneca Parkway and Snowden Farm Parkway. The officer observed Rosario approach a female, grope her, then run away.
Officers arrested him and charged Rosario with four counts of fourth-degree sexual offense and four counts of second-degree assault. He is currently being held without bond after officers discovered that during the time of his arrest, he was out on pre-trial supervision.
Investigators are urging anyone who may have been a victim to call officers at 240-773-6263.
