SILVER SPRING, Md. — A long-time offender has been arrested again for indecent exposure and possession of child pornography in Montgomery County, Maryland. Police believe there are more victims out there.
Steven Eisen, 76, has a storied history in child sex crimes, dating back to the '90s, where he was the alleged suspect in a least 30 similar crimes, according to the Washington Post. At the time, he was described as a freelance photographer whose work appeared in the Post as well as other publications.
More recently, in 2021, Eisen was also arrested for indecent exposure in the county. Then again by Park Police in February of this year.
His most recent arrest comes on Halloween after what police describe as an intensive investigation. He is being held without bond on his charges.
