WASHINGTON — On Tuesday, a jury found two men guilty in the murder of 10-year-old Makiyah Wilson.

Mark Price and Antonio Murchison were found guilty of first-degree murder while armed, conspiracy to commit a crime of violence, obstruction of justice, and more.

On July 16, 2018 Price, Murchison and three other men, who have already been convicted, drove to the Clay Terrace neighborhood and opened fire on the courtyard. The five men fired more than 50 shots.

Makiyah, who was sitting on the front stoop of her house, was hit by multiple bullets. According to court documents, Price and Murchison were members of the "Wellington Park crew" gang.

The jury also found Quanisha Ramsuer guilty of obstruction of justice in connection with the investigation into Makiyah's murder. Ramsuer knew the defendants because she grew up and lived in the Wellington Park. One of the shooters is her cousin. She can be seen in surveillance video hanging out with the men before the shooting.

Despite the video evidence, Ramsuer refused to identify any of the men in the video.
