HERNDON, Va. — A Fairfax County teenager is recovering in the hospital after being shot Monday night. Herndon Police officers were called to the 1000 block of Cavalier Drive around 9 p.m. to conduct an investigation.
Police say the juvenile was taken to the hospital. The severity of the young person's injuries is not known, but police say the victim's condition is stable.
Detectives are still working to learn exactly what happened, including what led up to the shooting. So far, no arrests have been made.
