In the footage the trio were seen in dark-colored clothing, masks covering their faces, and with one person wearing a bookbag on their back. The trio was seen with a crowbar seemingly trying to access a residence by its door handle.
Anyone who can identify these individuals or who has knowledge of this incident should take no action but call police at (202) 727-9099 or text your tip to the Department's TEXT TIP LINE to 50411.
