DC Police looking for suspect in double shooting that killed two men in NoMa

Police identified the victims as 33-year-old Antonio Williams, of Capitol Heights, Maryland, and 18-year-old Terrell Osbourne Jr., of Northwest.

WASHINGTON — Two men were killed in an early morning shooting Saturday in D.C.’s NoMa neighborhood.

Police were called shortly after 1 a.m. Saturday to a large scene near the intersection of North Capitol Street NE and M Street NE on a report of a shooting. They arrived to find multiple victims, including two adult men who were pronounced dead at the scene. Two others, an adult male and an adult female, were transported by DC Fire and EMS to the hospital for treatment for non-life-threatening injuries.

DC Police identified the deceased victims Saturday evening as 33-year-old Antonio Williams, of Capitol Heights, Maryland, and 18-year-old Terrell Osbourne Jr., of Northwest.

Police also released an image of the suspects’ vehicle captured by surveillance camera. Police described the vehicle as possibly a white 2019 Honda Accord.

Anyone with information about this crime is asked to contact police at 202-727-9099 or text the tip line at 50411. DC Police are offering a reward of up to $25,000 per victim for anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for this shooting.
