WASHINGTON — Multiple suspects are wanted for their involvement in looting a store in Southeast D.C.
The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) is asking for the public’s help in identifying three individuals involved in the burglary on Nov. 19. The incident occurred just before 3 a.m. at the Creep Clothing/Smoke Shop, located in the 2900 block of Minnesota Avenue SE.
Surveillance footage captured the suspects and their getaway car as they broke into the store. The video, which MPD has released on YouTube, shows the individuals looting the shop before getting away.
MPD encourages anyone with information about the suspects or the vehicle to come forward. However, they advise the public not to take any direct action but instead contact police.
