Just past 3:30 p.m., the suspects allegedly approached the victim in the 3900 block of Dix Street, Northeast. After one teen snatched property from the victim, police say that all three ran off.

The teens, who are 16-years-old and 14-years-old, both of Southeast, and a 15-year-old of Northeast were charged Friday.

Just this past weekend on Sunday, in a separate incident, DC Police also made an arrest in a situation involving two teenagers.
