LANDOVER, Md. (WUSA9) -- Giant Food is informing customers about a voluntary recall of Szeged Hungarian Paprika because it may have peanut, an allergen that is not on the ingredient label.

Giant Food has removed the item from stores. The product is safe to use for those who do not suffer from a peanut allergy, Giant Food said in a statement.

The following product is included in this recall:

•Szeged Hungarian Paprika, 5 oz., UPC 7800600010, Lot Number 091617PAHU05PS

No illnesses have been reported to date, according to a press release.

Customers who have bought this product should get rid of it and bring their receipt to Giant for a full refund.
