The baby food company says the four ounce jars may be contaminated with small pieces of glass.
The product has an expiration date of December 2016. The establishment number on the label is P-68A, and the product numbers are 12395750815 through 12395750821.

The USDA wants you to stop using the product immediately and return it to the store for a full refund.
