TOWSON, Md. — Kristin Juszczyk, a Towson University alum and wife of Kyle Juszczyk, who is headed to the Super Bowl with the 49ers, has a big new business deal.
She designed a custom puffer jacket for Taylor Swift, which had her boyfriend Travis Kelce's Kansas City Chiefs jersey number on it to support him. And, like you might expect, it went viral.
Juszczyk posted a video on her social media pages showing her making the custom designs for both Swift and Patrick Mahomes' wife, Brittany. The NFL even posted on their social media page about it -- tagging her, crediting her for the design work.
Now the digital content platform Sportico is reporting Juszczyk has reached a licensing deal with the NFL. No word on how much the deal is worth, but now she'll be able to use the league logo in her designs for men's and women's apparel!
The Towson alum has been making her own outfits for 49ers games for five seasons using jerseys and thrifted NFL merch before this deal was struck. Now, she is being recognized, and rewarded, for her creativity and entrepreneurship.
