The director of the movie, Patty Jenkins, saw the Isaballa Hoffman, a Bethesda Elementary School student, in the crowd watching the filming and asked to meet her.

Jenkins is the highest paid female director of all time who also directed the first Wonder Woman movie starring Gal Gadot.

"She said, ‘I love your outfit, and I am going to tell Wonder Woman all about you,’" said Hoffman.
Gadot was not on set, but Hoffman had a message for her.

"She is super cool and pretty," said Hoffman. Hoffman also requested Gadot sign her poster.

Jenkins stepped in to do the honors. Her message read, " You make Wonder Woman proud. Love, Patty.”

Hoffman has been a Wonder Woman fan since she watched the movie with her grandparents last year.

"I like that Wonder Woman saved everybody," said Hoffman.

The seven year old’s mom, Hillary Hoffman, think she is the perfect role model for her young daughter.

"It's great to see women in a powerful situation to be able to take care of themselves," said Hillary.

It is exactly what she wants for her own daughter. When Hillary heard Wonder Woman 2 was filming in Georgetown, she knew she had to take her daughter to the set. Her daughter missed the last day of school for a real-life lesson in girl power.

Mom and daughter said it was well worth it and the experience on set is one they will cherish forever.
