WASHINGTON D.C., DC — The 7th annual Charm City Bluegrass Festival takes place in Baltimore's Druid Hill Park. It's fun, family friendly event that showcases the best in Bluegrass music, local food and libations.
Historically, Baltimore and Nashville were synonymous with Bluegrass, especially in the 1950’s. Charm City Bluegrass Festival is a tangible revival effort, dedicated to shining a light on Bluegrass in Baltimore to the larger music community and generations to come.

- The 7th Annual Charm City Bluegrass Festival will take place on Friday, April 26 and Saturday, April 27 at Druid Hill Park in Baltimore.
- The festival is a two-day celebration of bluegrass with 3 stages and 20 bands.
- Headlined by bands like The Bridge, Deer Tick, Steep Canyon Rangers, & Jeff Austin Band
The 19th Street Band, originally from Arlington, VA, gave us a sneak peek of the fun you can have at the festival.
What about the food?
Foodies will appreciate the festival’s focus on local cuisine from iconic Baltimore establishments including Bark BBQ, Deddle’s Mini Donuts, Vent Coffee Roasters, Asian Taste and more.
Official beer provider Union Craft Brewing Co. created a new beer, Mountain Girl Heferweisen, which will be on tap at the festival and sold in cans after the festival.
The Charmery has a new, festival-inspired ice cream flavor exclusive to the festival,Bluegrass Paletas, which is a Blueberry Lemongrass ice cream.

One of the most family-friendly events in Baltimore - kids 10 and under are free.
There will be family-friendly festivities including local food, artists, kid’s games, crafts, animals from Irvine Nature Center, spontaneous jam sessions and more.
