Go GAGA for Gazpacho with this gourmet recipe

Cucumber & Green Chickpea Gazpacho
Yields 4 qrts.

4 english cucumbers

1 quart of green chickpeas

1 jalapeno

1 bunch of parsley

4 springs of mint

1/2 bunch of basil

2 cloves of garlic

8oz of greek yogurt

1/2 cup of feta

1 avocado

750ml of spring water

4 tblsp of sherry vinegar

3 lemons

salt (adjust for personal taste)

Combine all ingredients except water
Add small batches in blender with spring water
Pass through fine hole china cap
