WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- The Washington Performing Arts Children of the Gospel Choir was formed in 1993 and showcases talented young voices in their own distinctive style of high energy. They've performed at the White House, Kennedy Center, and all over DC. On 9/11 they joined Great Day Washington in a special tribute to 9/11 with two arrangements – America the Beautiful, and I'm Proud to be an American.
