Following the trends from NYC bakeries and most recently Momofuku Milk Bar in DC, B-Holes bakery is making it's specialty with bagel holes. These B-Holes are bagel-like balls with tasty insides that range from cream cheese to honey lavender filling.
The best part of this is you are sure to get quality food with this bakery, because the owners pride themselves on constantly "listening" to their bread! Apparently you can tell everything you need to know about dough by listening to it (who knew?).
