Hayes Grier was rushed to the hospital after a serious accident on Thursday, ET can confirm.
Hayes' rep told ET in a statement that the 16-year-old former Dancing with the Stars contestant was "involved in a dirt bike accident and immediately transported to a local hospital."
"Hayes suffered a concussion, broken rib, bruised lung, and multiple skin lacerations," the statement continued. "Thankfully, he is OK and currently resting and recovering in the hospital surrounded by his family, where he will remain for the next few days. We can't thank you all enough for the outpouring of prayers and support for Hayes!"
News of Hayes' accident first spread when his brother, Nash, tweeted updates asking fans for their support.
"#PrayforHayes Just got a call on set that said Hayes was in a crash. He's now in the hospital," Nash tweeted out on Thursday.

"Your brother is pretty busted up right now. Luckily no major stuff. All scans came back negative for any internal bleeding. He does have a concussion, fractured top two ribs and bruised lung on one side. He is in a lot of pain," the text read.
