Henry Cavill continued to tease Justice League fans about Superman's seeming absence in the upcoming superhero epic when he took to Instagram on Saturday to share a look at the film's new trailer, released during San Diego Comic-Con.

The 34-year-old star posted the awesome new trailer with the caption, "All in! Well, almost."

All in! Well, almost #JusticeLeague

Justice League star Jason Momoa -- who will make his debut as Aquaman in the super-powered team-up -- commented on the post, writing, "Missed you today brother."

Momoa and his JL co-stars -- Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, Ezra Miller and Ray Fisher -- were all together at the San Diego Convention Center over the weekend, to promote the film at the Warner Bros. panel and meet fans at the massive pop culture event -- but Cavill was not spotted among them.

In response to Momoa's comment, Cavill cryptically replied, "Missed you guys too! You guys should do something about that ;)"

While fans know Cavill's Man of Steel will play a role in the Justice League movie, the iconic hero hasn't been featured in any of the teasers or trailers Warner Bros. has released thus far, and he hasn't been part of any of the promotional events for the hotly anticipated blockbuster.

While Superman seemingly sacrificed his life to save the world at the conclusion of Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice (although he obviously didn't actually die, because he's Superman), the famed Kryptonian has always been an integral member of the Justice League -- so all that remains is to see how much of a role he plays in the first JL film.

However, fans did get to see a lot more of the upcoming Justice League bad guys in the new exclusive trailer Warner Bros. released at Comic-Con. The four-minute glimpse at the upcoming explosive extravaganza revealed the powerful villain Steppenwolf and his flaming axe of CGI chaos, as well some of the evil Darkseid's Parademons (as Aquaman rides one like a surfboard).

NEWS: Ben Affleck Confirms He's Staying on as Batman: 'Batman is the Coolest Part in Any Universe'

While Superman wasn't at this year's Comic-Con (that we know of) Batman was. Affleck, who stars as the Caped Crusader, sat with his co-stars during the Justice League panel in Hall H on Saturday, and dispelled rumors that he would not be returning as the iconic hero in the future.

"Let me be clear. I'm the luckiest guy. Batman is the coolest f**king part in any universe, DC, Marvel," Affleck told the crowd. "I am so thrilled to do it. I know there's this misconception that because I'm not directing it, that maybe I wasn't enthusiastic about it. It's f**king amazing! I still can't believe it after two films."

While the future of Batman may or may not be up in the air, fans will get a whole lot of Affleck's Dark Knight when Justice League explodes into theaters on Nov. 17. Check out the video below for more on the upcoming DC superhero epic.
