Dallas alum Victoria Principal is embarking on a new chapter focused on giving back to others.

The 69-year-old actress, who played Pamela Barnes Ewing on the iconic series, left the hit show to pursue her skincare dreams in 1991.

However, nearly three decades later, ET can exclusively reveal that the star is bowing out from her skincare line, Principal Secret, to focus on The Victoria Principal Foundation for Thoughtful Existence.

“After 30 years in the skincare business and 28 years as the President & Founder of Principal Secret, I will be stepping down to devote myself full time to my philanthropic work through The Victoria Principal Foundation for Thoughtful Existence and my rescue work with animals,” Principal said in a statement released to ET.  “It has been an extraordinary privilege to have spent so many years in the skincare business and to have provided so many people with healthy, beautiful skin.”

While her business partner, Guthy-Renker, takes over Principal Secret, Principal is excited to focus on her foundation, which has seen her help give back to a range of environmental causes including ecology, oceans, banning toxic substances and banning offshore drilling.

She has also been active in projects helping with animal rescue, children’s hospitals and the aftermath of oil spills, floods and wildfires.
