In the super-sweet pic, the 33-year-old Thor: Ragnarak star was snapped running around playing superheroes with Tristan and Sasha.

Leading the way in an undersized Superman cape (and yes, he's shirtless and super-ripped underneath it!), the doting dad pulled his best flying impression down the hallway as the two cuties trailed behind him.

The gorgeous blondes dressed up in Spider-Man and Captain America capes to get into the spirit with their dad.

"Superhero camp!!" Pataky captioned the pic.

Hemsworth continued to show off his superhuman form on Monday, posting a video of an intense boxing session on Instagram.

At one point, one of his kids wanders into the frame to check out the action – more superhero training, perhaps?

"Getting ready to fight the Hulk," Hemsworth captioned the post, hinting at a showdown in the upcoming third film in the Thor franchise.

The next Avengers film won't hit theaters until next year, but Hemsworth fans have less than nine months to go until they get to see him in Ragnorak, directed by New Zealander Taika Waititi.
