Winter went full-on glam for the occasion, showing off her voluptuous curves in a cleavage-baring gold mini dress, which she paired with matching metallic heels.

Revealing, yes, but perfect for a fancy A-list soiree! But here's the twist -- the event was very casual. So laid-back, in fact, that many of her co-stars showed up in jeans.

Nolan Gould, Steven Levitan, Eric Stonestreet, Julie Bowen, Aubrey Anderson-Emmons, Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Ty Burrell were all there, sporting cool, but informal, ensembles, a major contrast to Winter's flashy number.

Of course, this is not totally out of character for Winter, who's constantly promoting body positivity and rocking outfits that are seemingly inspired by Kim Kardashian West and Kylie Jenner. ET caught up with the brunette beauty on the red carpet, where she explained her outfit choice and gave advice to young girls who may be struggling with their own body confidence.

"Well, first of all, the way we are is beautiful" she exclaimed. "I mean, that's who we're supposed to be, you know? And also, at the end of the day, the only person you should be trying to make happy is yourself and not other people."

"I think that that's the most important lesson we've all had to learn throughout the years," she continued. "It's definitely that pleasing yourself is most important before anybody else."
