PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, Md. (WUSA) - Alan Kobern's family has created a website - helpalan.com - and Tuesday announced a $10,000 reward for anyone that can answer two questions: how and why?
The Kobren family admits they don't want to see the 22-year-old woman who was driving the car in question punished if she did nothing wrong. But they just can't believe the avid jogger was running in traffic when he had the adjoining bike path all to himself.
