  Nationals Park
I took my sister and her husband to the Nats game last Sunday. Wow! The ball park is spectacular. The Metro is the only way to get there; it was a piece of cake. The weather was perfect (sunny and seventy five) and Nats beat the Pirates five to two. A perfect day at the old ballpark and I haven’t even mentioned food yet. My sister and her husband had Ben’s Chili Bowl and I had Texas all the way wet, five way from Hard Times. This is a ball park that everyone in the Metro Area can be very proud of. The park stacks up well against Turner Field in Atlanta, Camden Yards and other baseball parks. Everyone connected to the Park was courteous and helpful and sometimes even funny. Metro employees were also great getting everyone on the trains after the game and answering every question. They even answered my not so intelligent questions. I don’t think there is a bad seat in the house. The scoreboard is easy to read and full of great information. I saw a lot of families and a lot of smiling kids. The Nationals return home this Friday with a three game home stand against Florida. Do yourself a favor and go see a game.
