Buddy Check 9 @ YPO Executive Retreat

A good leader is someone with vision. But the one who really keeps the company and the boss going is the Executive Assistant.

Friday, I spoke to a group of Executive Assistants attending the YPO Executive Retreat in Rockville, Maryland. They were a very lively group from DC, Virginia and Maryland at this annual, one day retreat where their bosses made sure they were nurtured in mind, body & spirit.
