WASHINGTON (WUSA9)--Many Nationals' fans are a little upset on the gloomy Wednesday, especially if they went to Tuesday's game.

UPDATED 4:36p.m.- Yankees at Nationals on 5/16 has been postponed to June 18 due to rain

During the sixth inning on Tuesday evening, the Washington Nationals tweeted out many messages to fans, once severe storms started to happen near the ballpark.

After realizing the weather would not be clearing up any time soon, the team sent out the following tweet.

Notice, the last sentence tells fan that, "you must have a ticket to tomorrow's 7:05pm game to attend the conclusion of the tonight's suspended game".

You can imagine, most fans that only bought a ticket to Tuesday's games were not happy about that.

Even with the all of the complaints, the Nationals will not budge on this.
