GREENBELT, Md. — The body of a man was found on the tracks at the Greenbelt Station after he collapsed and fell, Metro said.
Metro employees found the man's body Tuesday morning. After reviewing the station's camera footage it appears that he may have suffered a sudden medical issue while he was standing on the platform.
He collapsed and then fell onto the tracks where he was later found.
An autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of his death. Foul play is not suspected, Metro officials said.
