ELLICOTT CITY, Md. — ELLICOTT CITY, Md. -- Howard County Fire officials confirm they were on scene of a barn fire in Ellicott City early Tuesday morning.
Fire crews responded to a report of a fire at the University of Maryland farm in the 4200 block of Folly Quarter Road.
Officials say no animals were inside the barn during the fire, only barrels of hay.
The fire is now out and a portion of the barn has collapsed.
