CHARLES COUNTY, Md. (WUSA9) — A body was found early this morning in the water near Port Tobacco Marina in Charles County, according to the Charles County Sheriff's Department.
Officials said the victim appears to be a man. It is not clear at this time how he ended up in the water.
This incident is under investigation.
