Two people have been transported after a two-alarm fire in the area of Logan Circle in the District, fire officials said.
The fire broke in the 1200 block of Rhode Island Avenue.
All of Logan Circle and 1100-1200 blocks of Rhode Island Avenue are closed in both directions.
D.C. fire and EMS and police are on the scene. The bulk of the fire has been put out.
